No Credit Policy

Full payment must be cleared before dispatch of any machine, consumable, spare part, accessory or order-based item.

ProlificGeeks and DTF Shop do not entertain credit unless specifically approved in writing by management.

Full payment is required before warehouse release, gate pass, delivery challan, transport handover, machine handover and installation scheduling wherever applicable.

Because many items are imported, order-based and inventory-sensitive, no credit will be entertained by default.

Dispatch & Delivery

Dispatch is processed only after payment confirmation and internal order approval.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

• Transport delay.
• Stock movement.

• Custom clearance.

ProlificGeeks is responsible for official commitments made through written quotation, invoice terms, published policy pages and official written communication.

If a machine issue occurs, it will be reviewed as per warranty policy, return policy, invoice terms, installation condition, usage condition and technician inspection report.

After installation completion and technician exit from customer premises, machine safety and operating responsibility belongs to the customer.

Damage caused by power fluctuation, poor earthing, unauthorized technician work, physical damage, environmental issues, misuse or negligence will be treated as per Warranty Policy.
