Printing Machine Resources

Turn a machine shortlist into a practical production plan. Explore the technologies behind our 121-machine catalogue, read model-specific brochures and prepare the questions that matter before buying.

Choose the workflow

Begin with the item you want to print: garments, signage, promotional products or another defined application. Consider material, print dimensions, finishing and order mix before comparing equipment.

Explore application and process guides

Check the configuration

Read the exact model’s specification table and product PDF. Confirm printer width, printhead configuration and supporting equipment where documented. Similar names do not mean identical machines.

Find the matching brochure

Plan the installation

Document access, workspace, power, ventilation and operator requirements. Include the dryer, transfer equipment and storage area when planning a complete setup.

Prepare your buying checklist

Explore machines by printing technology

These starting points link to actual catalogue records. Use the complete product page for verified specifications and confirm that the selected configuration suits your materials.

DTF

18 machines

Compare film width and the complete printer, powder application and curing workflow. Ask for a transfer sample using your garment and finishing process.

Compare all DTF machines

DTG

7 machines

Discuss garment composition, pretreatment, platen dimensions and curing. A machine sample is more useful than assuming every fabric behaves the same way.

Compare all DTG machines

Finishing

6 machines

Review the equipment-specific brochure, application and installation requirements. Ask for a confirmed configuration before making a purchasing decision.

Heat Transfer

18 machines

Confirm transfer size, application and the temperature, time and pressure requirements supplied for your chosen material.

Inkjet

17 machines

Review the model-specific ink and media information, printable width and drying requirements. The category label alone does not define which ink may be used.

Laser Cutting

2 machines

Review the equipment-specific brochure, application and installation requirements. Ask for a confirmed configuration before making a purchasing decision.

Pretreatment

2 machines

Review the equipment-specific brochure, application and installation requirements. Ask for a confirmed configuration before making a purchasing decision.

Sublimation

14 machines

Check printable width, transfer equipment and the intended polyester or coated substrate. Confirm that printer, paper and finishing equipment form a suitable workflow.

Textile Finishing

16 machines

Review the equipment-specific brochure, application and installation requirements. Ask for a confirmed configuration before making a purchasing decision.

UV

14 machines

Start with product dimensions, surface and clearance. Ask about fixture needs and application testing before assuming adhesion or compatibility.

Compare all UV machines

UV DTF

5 machines

Compare the print-and-transfer workflow, film system and intended surface. Confirm compatible films and inks for the exact configuration.

Width is only one constraint

A stated print width or working area describes one part of the workflow. Garment loading, fixtures, transfer equipment and material movement can impose additional limits. Measure the largest job you intend to produce.

Compare like-for-like output

Brochure speeds may use different print modes, resolutions or conditions. Request a timed sample using your artwork and include preparation, curing, transfer and handling when estimating finished output.

Separate equipment from running costs

Consider the documented consumables, routine maintenance, labour, power and any finishing steps. Build a cost estimate from your usage rather than assuming a fixed margin or guaranteed return.

Prepare a useful sample-test brief

  1. Specify the exact substrate, garment or object and its dimensions.
  2. Provide representative artwork, colours, coverage and quality expectations.
  3. Ask which machine configuration, consumables and finishing process produced the sample.
  4. Agree on the relevant quality checks and review the results before ordering.
Discuss your application

Keep the workflow supported

Operator preparation

Identify who will operate the machine and what tasks require training. Confirm the agreed installation and training scope in your quotation, including your responsibilities before the visit.

Consumables and parts

Match supplies to the exact machine, ink system and component reference. Browse DTF and UV DTF consumables and printer spares, then confirm pack sizes and compatibility on DTFShop.in.

Technical support

Keep the model, serial number, current settings and clear photographs ready. Share the error and recent changes so the team can assess the issue without guessing.

Prepare a support request

Find a specific machine or brochure

Search the current machine library. Each link opens the corresponding product record or its individual brochure, rather than a generic brand document.
